On Thursday, May 16th, the Bay Area will celebrate Bike to Work Day! Volunteers will pass out free, commemorative bike bags in the early morning commute hours at the Suisun Amtrak station, Vallejo Ferry building, Benicia Bike path, Solano Community College and Fairfield-Vacaville Amtrak to bike commuters. Fisk’s Cyclery in Dixon, Ray’s Cycle in Vacaville, Rockville Bike Shop in Fairfield, Travis AFB Library/Outdoor Recreation, Wheels in Motion in Benicia, and the Solano Transportation Authority in Suisun City will also have bags available. Bike commuters can visit any of the Solano County Energizer Stations to pick up their bike bag with goodies (while supplies last).
